Miranda Hoover Wenger
(VP of Accounting, AP, AR and Lease Compliance)

Miranda’s 20+ years of experience within the Timberwolf platform makes her a vital component at integrating corporate controls into on-site asset management. Such areas include budgeting & A/P, facility procurement, lease fulfillment/compliance, invoicing / AR, investor relations and financial reporting. This results in more reliable and streamlined property management freeing the on-site staff.

She’s completed over 20k leases over the years, allowing on-site leasing staff to focus on sales and other in-person aspects of management, which cannot be performed well from afar, allowing for more consistency and efficiency of the assets on-site staffing.
